Return Policy

To Return or exchange merchandise: Please contact us by e-mailing us at orders@splish.com, by calling 323-887-0757 or by faxing us at 323-297-4512.

Warranty and Exchanges: All Splish suits are warranted against all manufacturing defects for 60 days from purchase date. We will repair or replace it as needed. You may return any unworn suit within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit.

Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, Splish will happily ship the replacement at no shipping charge to you. If you would like to return merchandise please send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Our return address is:

Splish will refund the full price of your order minus the shipping cost on returns.

Grab Bag Return Policy

Refunds are not allowed for grab bag suits. Full price grab bag suits may only be exchanged for a different size. Should you need to exchange the size, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the suit, and there will be and additional charge of $7.95 for Splish to ship the new suit to you.

All sales are final for the clearance grab bag suits. No returns. No exchanges.
